Mr. Pos is the founder of the Group’s strategic brand CYBEX. As the executive chairman of CYBEX, Mr. Pos is responsible for leading the brand’s strategy implementation and overall management. He is an entrepreneur with over 22 years of industry experience including the development and management of premium lifestyle brands, most notably the brand development, global distribution, design and development of premium baby products. Following the merger of CYBEX in early 2014, Mr. Pos was appointed as the executive director of the Company in March 2014 primarily responsible for the management of portfolio of global brands for our company. In December 2014, Mr. Pos was appointed as the deputy CEO. During the period from January 2016 to 21 March 2023, Mr. Pos acted as the CEO of the Company.
